Started in 2001 by Clay Smith, Community Partners 4 Kids operated under his stewardship until 2019, when he passed. CP4Kids now functions under the leadership of Executive Director Grant Heimbecker, and Operations manager Bob Heimbecker. Our mission is to proactively and combat child trafficking in the Lehigh Valley. While our target audience is younger children, we will gladly ID anyone of any age, from toddler to adult, as human trafficking is a risk to more than just kids! Historically, CP4Kids has even done ID's for Dementia and Alzheimer's Patients, as there have been cases where they go missing, too. If you are interested in having an ID done for your child or yourself, please look at our "calendar of events". We are always looking for opportunities to perform our Child ID service at Township Community Days, Fairs, or other open to the public events, and sponsors for these events.
Please contact us if you have an event in your community where you would like us to set up, or to sponsor an ID. Looking to help fight child trafficking in the Lehigh Valley, but cannot sponsor an ID? You can donate by mailing a check made out to "Community Partners 4 Kids" to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Thank you for your interest, and we hope to hear from you!
